What’s your shipping policy?
Most orders are processed and shipped via FedEx within 24-48 hours. We’ll send over an order confirmation as soon as your payment has been processed.
 
A tracking number will be automatically emailed after your order is processed and ships. Delivery times will vary anywhere from one to three business days on the East Coast and two to five business days everywhere else in the continental US.
 
We offer free shipping in the continental US on all items over $100! While shipping is free in the upper 48 states, there is an additional charge for shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
Where’s my order?

What’s your return policy?

VRSF offers a 30 day return policy on unused items in their original, new condition only. You may return your product in its original packaging, in like new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date for refund.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our location. Please note that we do not offer returns on used or installed products.

Your RMA number along with complete return instructions will be emailed to you after the contact us form on this page has been completed. RMA numbers are normally issued within 1 to 3 business days. 
How do I make an exchange?
A purchase for your exchanged item must be made to initiate the exchange. Once we receive and process your qualifying return in our warehouse, we’ll gladly waive the restocking fee and refund the full amount less shipping.
 
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on used or installed products.
Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on most VRSF products that applies to the original purchaser only. Please check the product page and/or send us a message to inquire further.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship everywhere in the world! Just add the item to your cart to calculate shipping!

Will this part fit my car?

Shoot over your year, model and engine along with a link or part number for the item in question and we’ll be more than happy to assist with fitment. 

If you’re unsure of the chassis or engine code, we can determine these for you if the last 7 of your VIN are provided.
